Description
Bakuchiol, salicylic acid and colloidal silver in one formula — care for blemish-prone skin, including for people who don't tolerate retinoids.
A formula for blemish-prone skin, and above all for people who don't tolerate retinoids. The
manufacturer states two jobs on the packaging at once: anti-blemish and anti-aging.
Three ingredients do the work. Bakuchiol is a plant-based alternative to retinol: it supports
skin renewal and density, according to the manufacturer usually without the irritation and
flaking that come with retinoids. Salicylic
acid is a BHA — it dissolves what clogs the pores, so pores look clearer and the skin surface
smoother. MicroArgent™ technology is colloidal silver in nano form; according to the
manufacturer it has antibacterial activity against *Cutibacterium acnes* and reaches deep into
the follicle, where it acts on bacterial biofilms.
A hydrating part balances the formula: niacinamide, sodium hyaluronate and an NMF complex —
sodium lactate, sodium PCA, glycine, urea, inositol. That's why the product doesn't dry the
skin out, as blemish-focused care often does.
How to use it: in the evening on cleansed skin, before your cream. Don't combine it with
retinol or acid peels on the same evening — alternate them on different days. Use SPF in the
morning.
