Retinol 0.25% is the first step in the Skintellectual Solutions retinol range. It suits anyone introducing retinol for the first time, and sensitive skin that finds stronger concentrations too much. It works on fine lines, uneven texture, a dull tone and age spots. Retinol is a vitamin A derivative: it stimulates collagen production and speeds up cell turnover, so it addresses smoothness and tone at the same time. The formula is built on Hyalosphere® technology — hyaluronic acid particles carry retinol into the deeper layers and hold moisture there, so skin adapts to retinol more gently. 0.25% is chosen precisely for that adaptation period: once skin is used to it, you can move up to Retinol 0.5%. Apply to the face, neck and décolleté. If your skin tends to feel tight, mix the product with NMF+ in your palm before applying — the two formulas are designed to be used together.
