Description
The second step in the retinol range: 0.5% retinol on Hyalosphere® technology for skin
Retinol 0.5% is the middle step in the Skintellectual Solutions retinol range. You move to it once
skin has adapted to 0.25% and tolerates that concentration comfortably. The product is intended for
mature skin and for anyone working on visible signs of ageing: fine lines, loss of density, uneven
texture and uneven pigmentation.
Retinol is a vitamin A derivative that supports the skin's natural renewal. At 0.5% that effect is
noticeably stronger than at the starting concentration, which is why this step comes second rather
than first. The formula is built on Hyalosphere® technology: hyaluronic acid nanoparticles carry
retinol deeper into the skin and hold moisture at the same time, so the higher concentration is
easier for skin to tolerate.
Apply to cleansed skin on the face, neck and décolleté. If your skin tends to dry out, mix the
retinol with NMF+ in your palm — that pairing is built into the range. Use sunscreen during the
day: a general rule for any routine that includes retinol.
